This coffee is sourced through a partner that seeks to pay their farmers %300 above fair trade standards.  the value and taste comes through in every cup.  it is processed naturally which mean that it is fermented for 14 days and then dried in the sun.  this allows for a natural sweetness that comes through in the cup.
